We’re ready for your appointment, are you? Here is some pre-appointment information for
our Cosmetic Tattoo, Eyelash, Spray Tanning and Skincare services!
Avoid plucking, waxing, threading or any hair removal services within 4 days of your appointment. DO NOT drink coffee, tea or anything with caffeine the day of your appointment. Also avoid drinking alcohol 24 hours before the procedure. Avoid intense sunlight (indoor tanning included) 3 days before to your appointment. Botox (or any filler), chemical peels and laser treatments should be avoided 4 weeks prior to the procedure. Stop use of the following medication 48-72 hours before your appointment: Aspirin, Niacin, Vitamin E and/or Ibuprofen, omega-3 (acetaminophen or Tylenol are okay to use).
Come to your appointment with NO eye makeup and CLEAN eyelashes. If you need to remove your makeup at the salon please arrive early to do so. Steam and water are to be avoided for 24 hours after your appointment so shower before your appointment. If you wear contacts we recommend bringing a case and solution so you can take them out before the appointment, your eyes will be closed for up to 2 hours so they will dry out. Avoid eye creams and oils near your lashes before your appointment.
CUSTOMIZABLE SPRAY TANNING
You will need to leave the tanning solution on your body for at least 6 hours after your tanning session. You can shower after 6 hours but 8-10 hours is ideal. It is best to wear dark, loose clothing after your tanning session. You can wear whatever you want during your tanning session. (Depending on your preferences, some clients prefer to go topless or completely nude--it’s up to you.) If you choose to wear something, it is best to wear dark underwear or a black bikini during a tanning session. While the tanning solution washes out of clothing, unique fabrics could possibly be stained. It is best to come freshly showered, shaved and exfoliated, though not essential. In the hours immediately after your tanning session, it is best not to sweat or do dishes so plan accordingly.
A fresh face is preferred but if you are coming from somewhere that you had makeup on that is okay, we can remove it before beginning the facial. Avoid exfoliation and any stronger at-home treatments for 3 days before your appointment. Sun exposure and tanning should be avoided especially for those with sensitive skin. Hair removal services (waxing, threading, etc.) should be avoided for 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. Bringing a list of your at-home products can help the esthetician better understand your skin and also allow them to offer recommendations for more appropriate products so you can achieve the results you are looking for.
Average cost of the procedure: $600
Income based on 5 clients a week: $3,000/weekly
